Dear Mr. O’Connor:
I have signed and am returning the affidavit ”Title Appropriation.” To my best knowledge the statements therein are correct with the exception of the page in Liber 167, should be 27 instead of 28.
After you left me yesterday in the Court of Claims office I gave a brief testimony, the substance of which was the name as appears in my formal claim recorded July 29, 1929, No. 19003. As no opposition was offered, the Court appeared satisfied and I presume no further action of this character will be asked for.
