I am sincerely appreciative of your letter in regard to the description of the Fifth Amendment in our September 4th issue of the Weekly News.

The statements on the amendments were submitted to readers whom we thought would look at them with a sufficiently critical eye, and I am distressed that there should be cause for criticism of our accuracy.

I shall certainly take the matter up in a later issue of the News.
