Dear Mr. Reynolds:
I learned from some of your Albany relatives that there was a bare possibility of your wanting to sell Recluse Island, and I am writing with the thought that you may care to let me know what your asking price is. I am not interested I purchasing it myself and do not have any particular one in mind at this writing. I do, however, have inquiries from time to time and of course am anxious to get as many desirable people in our neighborhood as possible.
Hoping that you are not planning on leaving the Lake and that you will still be part of our neighborhood, I remain
