My dear Mrs. Moskowitz:

The maps with statement of the committee are being sent out by letter, as per enclosed, from Dr. Hill, to all up-state papers.

Mrs. Abbott of Rochester phoned to Mr. Moot that she was not convinced last night after listening to Governor Roosevelt, wants more time to study the problem before attacking the amendment publicly. Mr. Moot has very high regard for her ability. He thinks we my yet get some real help from her.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,

JSApperson
