Dear Mr. Apperson:
I am enclosing a letter I had from Mr. Woodbury with some material. I am not sure whether you have resigned from the Lake George Association or not. If you are still a member, you undoubtedly got the same material, but if not, I think you should have it for your files.
His letter is as readable and lucid as usual, but I take it he thinks that the decisions in the Niagara River case has something to do with the Lake George case. Not being familiar with the Niagara case, I don’t know what it is all about, but perhaps you will want to investigate.
