I received your letter of October ninth in regard to the possibilities of our selling Recluse Island.

I appreciate your kindly interest in the matter but hardly feel that we would care to sell the Island at the present time. However, almost every place has its price and while we are not anxious to sell, we are always willing to consider offers.
