You may be interested in reading the attached, and may possibly have time to give me some suggestions.

There is, of course, very little chance of getting through an appropriation specifically for the purpose of protecting the Paradise bay land, in view of Mr. Knapp

Opposition, but I do not know of any other course to pursue, and at least we will keep our mental muscles exercised, and airing the situation might have a wholesome effect.
