By the Grace of God, Free and Independent, to all to whom these presents shall come or may concern. Send Greeting.

Know Ye, that we, having inspected the records of our Surrogate’s Court in and for the County of Schenectady, State of New York, do find that on the 27th day of June in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and sixty three, before Hon. William F. Hahn, Jr., Surrogate of said County, Testamentary of the Last Will and Testament of John S. Apperson late of the City of Schenectady in said County, deceased, were duly granted and issued by said surrogate’s Court to James W. Apperson and John S. Apperson, III, as Executors.

Which letter have been duly recorded in our Surrogate’s office of said County of Schenectady, and still remains in force and unrevoked.

Date of death: January 31, 1963.

In testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of the Surrogate’s Court of the County of Schenectady, this 26th day of June 1963.
