Dear Mr. Sherman:
I shall be glad to see you as requested in your letter of the 24th. Unfortunately, however, I do not know where I will be many hours in advance. It would probably be more satisfactory for me to stop off and see you on my way through Lake George Village Saturday afternoon. I usually pass through there between three and four o’clock.
If you prefer to see me at my camp and care to drop in the with chance of finding me there, I shall be very glad to see you.
