I was pleased to hear from you and to know that your good-looking niece is coming up to get her first experience on skis. By all means send her up here, and if you want to be on the safe side you better come along yourself. We will give you both a glorious trip in the Mountains any time you want to come.
I am very sorry not to be able to accept your invitation to take my family down to lake George. We will have to leave that to some other time.
