I hereby acknowledge the receipt of your letter of Jan. 20, regarding the road at Dr. Beckers residence leading from State Road to waters of Lake George, and will say that this road will be put in proper condition, and according to your request will be open for public use, and signs erected ‘Public Road to Lake George,.’ However you may be assured that the road in question will not be closed.
