Dear Mr. Apperson:

Your letters of the 12^th and 14^th inst. relative to Lot 11 of the Ford and Robinson Patent were duly received. Although I tried several times, I was unable to get in touch with Mr. Morehouse until this morning, when I had an interview with him at his office. He stated that he going out of town today but that later in the week he would get out all of his papers relative to this matter and go over the same with me.

I will write you further by the end of the week, advising just what I find the situation to be after further interview with Mr. Morehouse.
