Dear Mr. Smith:

Since you are on the firing line as Secretary of the Sanitation Commission, and general mixer in all affairs affecting Lake George, it seems quite desirable that you have a copy of my letter of November 19th to Mr. Woodbury, and also a copy of hi November 26th reply, in order that you may be correctly and fully informed on such matters.

Incidentally there will be no attempt to form a large association and no publicity is being sought at this time.
