1907 – June 27 – Samuel T. Heninger (Burkesgarden, Va.) to Dr. John S. Apperson (Marion, Va.)

My dear Sir:
Your esteemed favor of the 25th to hand with Mr. Grose’s proposition enclosed, and in reply have to say that I am not in favor of accepting Mr. Grose’s proposition as it would rather tie up the property and I feel I much prefer to sell straight out as we agreed to do in our last meeting of the Board of Directors when a Rail Road is an assured fact through that country I think we can sell that property well.

Yours truly,
Samuel T. Heninger
