Dear Mr. Torrey:

Could you give me some idea of the cost to the State and also our organization in contesting the constitutionality of the toboggan slide bill, also the number and a copy of the bill if you happen to have it?

Please do not go to any extra trouble in this connection, but advise me where I may get the data if we do not have it.

You might like to know that we want to use this information in connection with a review we hope to make of the economic side of the struggle that exists between the commercial and non-commercial activities in the Adirondacks.
