- April 11, 1930 – Charles D. Osborne (Mayor of City of Auburn, NY) to JSA
My dear Mr. Apperson:
This morning I saw Mr. Roy Mount who told me that you had recently written to me enclosing some correspondence with Senator Hewitt upon reforestation matters. I cannot locate this letter and if it has been sent, I want to apologize for my seeming neglect of courtesy.
I find in my files your cordial letter regarding the Conservation Commissionership which at the present I am unable to answer.
Very truly yours,
Charles D. Osborne
